The quality and design of this travel futon are excellent. It packs down incredibly small and is very lightweight, making it easy to travel with. The 3-zone support is a clever design, and the cover feels durable and high quality. I'm giving it 4 stars rather than 5 only because I personally would have preferred it to be slightly thicker (maybe 4-5cm instead of 3cm). I have back problems and found I needed to fold it over in the hip area for enough cushioning on particularly firm ryokan futons. That said, it's still far better than nothing and definitely improved my sleep quality during our Japan trip. The compression sack is well designed and makes it easy to pack up quickly.
